- Under what circumstances is refund possible? Refund is possible under the following circumstances : Possibility of refund under the following circumstances:

B. If the recipient is not satisfied with the Flowers/Gifts Delivery:
If the recipient is not satisfied with the Flowers/Gifts delivered due to the quality of product or any other issues, 100% refund will be made subject to the points provided in our Terms & Condition: � If the recipient refuses to accept the ordered Flowers / Gifts and returns the same instantly at the address stated on the Delivery Order with intact condition. AND � The customer writes us an Email stating the reason of dissatisfaction. Kindly give us feedback by mentioning Transaction ID, the sender and the recipient's name in the Email Form to help us improve our customer service. C. Problems relating to colours or out of stock issues of the ordered Flower/Gift: We reserve the right to substitute the ordered product with another product of the same or higher value, due to various reasons beyond our control. In such case refund request will not be accepted.
